The IDL team has background rooted in managing and operating businesses in the hardware industry. Our executive team has extensive experience in developing, manufacturing, and marketing hardware products for industry leaders like Black & Decker / DeWalt, Newell-Rubbermaid, Masco, Buck Knives and others.
IDL Tools International, LLC and our subsidaries were established in June 2004. We are a relatively small company focused on quickly driving profitable growth. Our headquarters are in New Jersey and we have a manufacturing plant in Vista, California, just north of San Diego.
