If you are not completely satisfied with your product do not hesitate to let us know about your problem. We will try our best to solve the issue to your satisfaction.

While we would like to provide 100% unconditional warranties, people do some really strange things to, and with, tools these days.  However -- if you are not happy please contact us and the vast majority of the time we will take care of it.

IDL Tools International Limited Lifetime Warranty & Product Guarantee:
IDL products carry a LIMTED LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects in materials and workmanship for the  product's useful life to the original purchaser.  The warranty is not transferable. IDL Tools does not, however, warranty its products against wear caused by normal use or damages caused by misuse, abuse, failure to perform proper maintenance, deterioration of finish, or for uses which they were not designed.  IDL Tools has no liability for general, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.  IDL Tools only liability is to repair or replace, at its option, any of its products determined by IDL to have been defective. 

If you feel your product is defective or has a problem please send it to the address below and we will either repair or replace products covered under warranty.  Normally, for a nominal fee, we will do the same for products not covered under warranty:
