HOW IT WORKS: So simple, yet so effective
When tension is applied to the rope or webbing the Titetie's patented Press-n-Grip 3V Design does its work. What makes the Press-n-Grip 3V Design so special is that two critical results are created from the single action of pulling the rope: 1) A gripping effect is created in the 3V's (middle of the body) holding the TiteTie in place on the rope, 2) At the same time the rope or webbing squeezes the two TiteTie pieces together creating a gripping force on the lower hooks.
When the rope or webbing is placed between the two lower hooks the force on the lower hooks prevents the rope from slipping back, resulting in a holding power without any knots.
To release - just pull the rope or webbing up and out of the lower hooks. This makes it incredibly simple to release loads when in a hurry and great if you need to readjust, add to or re-tighten a load.
